We believe it is the inspired, inerrant, authoritative, Word of God (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/2%20Tim%203.16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"2 Tim 3.16\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">2 Timothy 3:16<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/2%20Pet%201.20%E2%80%9321\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"2 Pet 1.20\u201321\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">2 Peter 1:20\u201321<\/a>). We believe He alone is God (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Isa%2043.10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Isa 43.10\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Isaiah 43:10<\/a>), He is the first and last (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rev%2022.13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rev 22.13\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Revelation 22:13<\/a>), there is no other. We believe He created the heavens and the earth as described in the book of Genesis and embrace a literal six day creation model.<\/p>\n<h4>The Trinity<\/h4>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that God is eternally self existent (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Exod%203.14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Exod 3.14\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Exodus 3:14<\/a>) and has revealed Himself as a Tri-unity of three persons (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%2028.19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 28.19\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 28:19<\/a>): Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as three persons (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20John%205.7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 John 5.7\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 John 5:7<\/a>) in the Godhead and yet one Lord God Almighty (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Col%202.8%E2%80%939\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Col 2.8\u20139\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Colossians 2:8\u20139<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h4>Jesus<\/h4>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> in the Lord Jesus Christ, He is the only begotten Son of God (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%203.16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 3.16\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 3:16<\/a>), He Himself is God (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Isa%207.14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Isa 7.14\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Isaiah 7:14<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%201.23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 1.23\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 1:23<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%201.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 1.1\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 1:1<\/a>) incarnate (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20Tim%203.16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 Tim 3.16\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 Timothy 3:16<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%201.14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 1.14\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 1:14<\/a>) and in Him the fullness of the Godhead is revealed to man (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Col%202.9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Col 2.9\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Colossians 2:9<\/a>). Therefore, He is appropriately called God the Son.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that Jesus Christ is the only Savior and that all who wish to come to God must come through Him (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%2014.6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 14.6\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 14:6<\/a>). Therefore, any and all who reject Jesus as both Lord and Christ have no possibility of acceptance by God the Father (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20John%202.22%E2%80%9323\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 John 2.22\u201323\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 John 2:22\u201323<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that Jesus Christ came in the flesh as both God and man. He never ceased being God and yet in His humanity was fully man (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Phil%202.5%E2%80%9311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Phil 2.5\u201311\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Philippians 2:5\u201311<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> Jesus Christ was born of a virgin (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Isa%207.14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Isa 7.14\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Isaiah 7:14<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%201.23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 1.23\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 1:23<\/a>), lived a sinless life (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20Pet%202.21%E2%80%9322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 Pet 2.21\u201322\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 Peter 2:21\u201322<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Heb%207.26%E2%80%9327\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Heb 7.26\u201327\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Hebrews 7:26\u201327<\/a>), worked miracles (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Acts%202.22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Acts 2.22\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Acts 2:22<\/a>), provided for the atonement of our sins by His vicarious death on the cross (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/2%20Cor%205.20%E2%80%9321\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"2 Cor 5.20\u201321\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">2 Corinthians 5:20\u201321<\/a>), after three days and three nights in the grave was physically raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20Cor%2015.3%E2%80%934\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 Cor 15.3\u20134\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 Corinthians 15:3\u20134<\/a>), ministered to and commissioned His disciples (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Acts%201.2-11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Acts 1.2-11\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Acts 1:2-11<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%2028.18-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 28.18-20\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 28:18-20<\/a>), ascended bodily back to the right hand of the Father (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rom%208.34\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rom 8.34\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Romans 8:34<\/a>) and ever lives to make intercession for us (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Heb%207.25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Heb 7.25\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Hebrews 7:25<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h4>The Holy Spirit<\/h4>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that after Jesus ascended to heaven He poured out His Holy Spirit upon the believers: His Church, at which time they were empowered to live a godly life and fulfill His command to preach the Gospel to the entire world (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Acts%201.8-2.4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Acts 1.8-2.4\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Acts 1:8-2:4<\/a>), a privilege shared by all believers today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> in the present work of the Holy Spirit in the world today. Jesus said: \u201cwhen He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment\u201d (John 16:7-8).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> the Holy Spirit works in regeneration (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Titus%203.5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Titus 3.5\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Titus 3:5<\/a>), sealing the believer unto the day of redemption (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Eph%201.13%E2%80%9314\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Eph 1.13\u201314\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Ephesians 1:13\u201314<\/a>), teaching (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%2014.26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 14.26\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 14:26<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20John%202.27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 John 2.27\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 John 2:27<\/a>), empowering for service (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Acts%201.8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Acts 1.8\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Acts 1:8<\/a>) and guiding the believer into maturity and fruitfulness (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Gal%205.22-25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Gal 5.22-25\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Galatians 5:22-25<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and their operation in the Church today (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20Cor%2012-14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 Cor 12-14\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 Corinthians 12-14<\/a>). We believe the purpose of these gifts is to edify the body of Christ: His Church, to equip us for the ministry and above all to glorify Christ. We believe these gifts are to be disciplined as prescribed by the scriptures, should never be used to draw attention to or to glorify man, should be practiced in a decent and orderly fashion, and must always be operational in a spirit of love.<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                                        <div class=\"tab-content\" id=\"tab-content-3062961\" style=\"display:none;\">\r\n                        <div class=\"content-inner\">\r\n                            <h3>Soteriology <small><span class=\"label label-default\">Study of Salvation<\/span><\/small><\/h3>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that all people are by nature sinful (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rom%203.10%E2%80%9323\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rom 3.10\u201323\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Romans 3:10\u201323<\/a>), separated from God (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Isa%2059.1%E2%80%934\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Isa 59.1\u20134\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Isaiah 59:1\u20134<\/a>) and responsible for their own sin (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Ezek%2018.20%E2%80%9323\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Ezek 18.20\u201323\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Ezekiel 18:20\u201323<\/a>). We believe that man in and of himself has nothing to offer God in exchange for his soul (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%2016.25%E2%80%9326\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 16.25\u201326\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 16:25\u201326<\/a>) and will spend eternity in hell should he reject the provisions provided for him in Jesus Christ our Lord (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Matt%2010.28\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Matt 10.28\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Matthew 10:28<\/a>; <a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rev%2020.12%E2%80%9315\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rev 20.12\u201315\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Revelation 20:12\u201315<\/a>). They expel great energy \u201cworking\u201d and \u201ctrying\u201d to please God, make good choices, and refuse the impulses of the flesh. They focus their energy warring with the devil\/demons, fleshly habits and the lure of the world \u2013 always with little to no success, and always with great discouragement. However, they believe that this effort is pleasing to the Lord and He therefore \u201cmakes up the difference\u201d for their weakness by an act of His grace. Thus they are \u201csaved.\u201d \u2013 Oh how far this strays from the true Gospel message.<\/p>\n<p>The good news of the Gospel is that God, in accordance with the good pleasure of His will, made provision for the total forgiveness of our sin\/s. Jesus gave His life that we might have redemption through His blood. Jesus took the penalty we deserve upon Himself and died in our place. His life \u2013 the only acceptable payment for sin, given by the shedding of His blood, provides total cleansing of our sin\/s. It is by the offering of Jesus\u2019 life and through the power of His resurrection we have forgiveness of sin\/s and a new life in Him. By faith alone in Christ alone our sin is forgiven and exchanged for His righteousness.<\/p>\n<p>Nowhere in Scripture are we told to \u201cask Jesus into our lives.\u201d However, we are instructed to surrender ourselves to Him. As Christians (born again by the Spirit of God) we are made the righteousness of God in Christ. We don\u2019t spend our lives \u201cworking\u201d and \u201ctrying\u201d to please the Lord. We surrender ourselves to His leadership and rest in His holiness. Our human effort to \u201cplease the Lord\u201d by \u201ctrying harder\u201d is an affront to His grace and power working in us. The Christian enters into the \u201cSabbath Rest\u201d of a relationship with Jesus and ceases striving to please the Lord; thus enjoying a continual maturing by God\u2019s Spirit within. \u201cFor he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.\u201d (Hebrews 4:10)<\/p>\n<p>God will deliver us, direct us, change us, and mature us. Satan will be bound for the 1,000 years (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rev%2020.1-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rev 20.1-3\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Revelation 20:1-3<\/a>), during which time the curse will be restrained (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Isa%2011.6-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Isa 11.6-9\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Isaiah 11:6-9<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> in the final judgment (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/2%20Cor%205.10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"2 Cor 5.10\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">2 Corinthians 5:10<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Those who have placed their faith in Christ for salvation will never suffer any future Divine judgment. The entirety of the judgment we deserve has been placed on Jesus at the cross (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/John%205.24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"John 5.24\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">John 5:24<\/a>). He sacrificially suffered the wrath of God, in our place, for our sin. For this reason the believer does not anticipate future judgment but looks forward to rewards, blessing, and peace. Jesus paid the price for us; therefore, we will not suffer the wrath to come. With great expectation we can look forward to seeing Jesus face to face (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20John%202.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 John 2.2\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 John 2:2<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In the fullness of time every believer\u2019s <em>work<\/em> will be tested, but <em>not<\/em> the believer. Believers in Jesus have passed from death to life, and should never fear seeing the Lord \u2013 nor standing before Him. Believers in Jesus have been made the righteousness of God in Him (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/1%20Cor%203.9-15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"1 Cor 3.9-15\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">1 Corinthians 3:9-15<\/a>)!<\/p>\n<p>Those who have rejected the Gospel will be raised and judgment will be passed at the Great White Throne. Whoever\u2019s name is not found written in the book of life, together with the Devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, will be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rev%2020.10-15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rev 20.10-15\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Revelation 20:10-15<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> that after the 1,000 year reign of Christ and after the Great White Throne Judgment, there will be a New Heaven and New Earth wherein righteousness dwells (<a class=\"rtBibleRef\" href=\"https:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/nkjv\/Rev%2021.1-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-reference=\"Rev 21.1-7\" data-version=\"nkjv\" data-purpose=\"bible-reference\">Revelation 21:1-7<\/a>). The covenant with the people and land will not be realized in its fullness until the literal, physical, Millennial Reign of Christ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We believe<\/strong> there is a distinction between Israel and the Church. Seeing this distinction is critical to the correct interpretation of Scripture. The fact that God has an eternal plan with Israel as a people and nation, calls us to reject what is known as \u201cReplacement Theology.\u201d Jews and Gentiles alike who believe the Gospel in the Church Age are all made one\u2014the Church. This by no means suggests that God has replaced or revoked His covenant with Israel.
